8 Hour Food Safety Seminar or 4 Hour Recertification. Our Food Safety Seminar is designed for people at foodservice establishments in management positions or people who may be "in charge" of the operation at the given time.

At the completion of the class, an 80 question multiple choice exam is given. The Food Protection Manager Certification is earned with a passing grade of 75% for SERVSAFE or 70% for NSF.
